Shipping policy

At Pink Blue Mashup, we ensure that your order arrives punctually. We collaborate with reliable shipping companies that operate around the clock to assist us in sending packages.

All orders coming from Indian locations are guaranteed to be delivered within 15-20 days, with express shipping taking 7-9 days within India. The orders coming from outside India would take 5-10 additional days to deliver.

For Indian orders, shipping is free nationwide, but express shipping incurs a charge. International orders have shipping calculated at checkout, with standard shipping times applicable.

Some countries may impose customs charges on shipments, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon placing an order, you can expect delivery within 15-20 days for standard products. Tracking details will be provided via email or text once your order is dispatched. Shipping times vary depending on location, with metros receiving faster deliveries than smaller towns.

Orders with multiple items may be shipped together or separately, depending on packaging. While we work with reputable shipping companies, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may cause delays, for which we are not liable.

If you receive a shipment that appears tampered, damaged, or opened, please do not accept it and contact our customer care team promptly. For damaged products, notify us within 24 hours along with photographic evidence, and we will assist you accordingly.

Orders cannot typically be cancelled or modified once placed, though exceptions may be made in certain circumstances. Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.

We uphold a strict no exchange, no refund policy, except in rare cases for non-personalized items. Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving their order to discuss potential exchanges, which are at our discretion.

Digital representations of products may differ from the actual product due to screen variations. Exchanges approved by us require the customer to courier the item to our office within 5 working days, in its original packaging, with return shipping costs borne by the customer.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted if:

  • The request falls outside the specified timeframe
  • The product is made to order or customized
  • The product has been used, altered, or damaged
  • Original fixtures like boxes, invoice, tags, and accessories are missing
  • The product pertains to hygiene items, sale items, or client-customized orders, which are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Upon receiving and examining the returned product, we will courier a replacement in case of an exchange.
