At Pink Blue Mashup, we ensure timely delivery of your orders by partnering with reliable shipping companies that operate around the clock to facilitate package shipments.


All orders are guaranteed to be delivered within 15-20 days from the date of order placement, with express shipping options available within India, delivering in 7-9 days.


Shipping Charges:
FOR INDIAN ORDERS We offer complimentary shipping throughout India, while express shipping incurs charges.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, with standard shipping times applicable to all international orders.
International Customs Charges: Certain destination countries impose customs duties on shipments. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, local taxes, and processing fees charged by the delivery company for customs clearance.


SHIPPING DURATION Upon placing your order, you can expect delivery within 15-20 days for standard products. You will receive tracking details via email and/or text message once your order has been dispatched. Shipping times vary depending on your location, with faster delivery to metro areas compared to smaller towns.
For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped together or separately based on packaging requirements.
While we partner with reputable shipping companies, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may cause delays for which we cannot be held liable.
TAMPERED, DAMAGED, OR OPENED PACKAGES If you receive a shipment that appears tampered, damaged, or opened, please refuse acceptance and promptly contact our customer care team with photographic evidence at support@pinkbluemashup.com.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS In the event that a product arrives in a damaged or defective condition, please notify us within 24 hours along with images of the damaged item at support@pinkblumashup.com for assistance.


CANCELLATIONS Once an order is placed, cancellations or modifications are generally not accepted. However, exceptions may be made under certain circumstances. Please reach out to our customer care team at support@pinkbluemashup.com for further assistance. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES We uphold a strict policy of no exchanges or refunds. However, in exceptional cases, we may consider exchanges for non-personalized items if notified within 24 hours of receipt. Such decisions are solely at our discretion, and refunds are not guaranteed.
Digital representations of products may differ in color from the actual product due to screen variations.
In cases where an exchange is approved, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our office within 5 working days, ensuring it is returned in its original packaging to qualify for an exchange. Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that returns and exchanges are not accepted under the following conditions:
•    Requests made outside the specified time frame.
•    Customized or made-to-order products.
•    Products that have been used, altered, or damaged.
•    Missing original fixtures such as boxes, invoices, tags, and accessories.
•    Hygiene-related items such as underwear, nappies, or swimwear.
•    Items purchased during a sale.
•    Customized orders, as we cannot guarantee outcomes and therefore do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will arrange for a replacement to be couriered out to you in the case of an approved exchange.
